What you can expect at your first visit at Profident:

1. You can visit us anytime ven without a previous registration.

We are open for you from Monday to Saturday from 8.00a.m. – 9.00. p.m. During these opening hours we offer the service to patients who come without an appoitnment to be also fast and professionally examined and treated because we always have a free working dentsist without appointments so that ambulant patients can be treated without enlargening the waiting time for the other patients. The toothache or other problems often occur unexpectedly and need immediate solution or treatment, this is why it would be highly unpleasant if our patients had to wait for a free appointment before their concern can be treated. The security to be provided all the time offers our patients a great advantage. However, it is advantageous to make an appointment in advance, especially when you want to have an intense pre-operation discussion and if you would like to inform yourself more detailed about various treatment modalities.
Then the treating doctor has enough spare time to be responsive to the patient and maybe to make a written calculation. Just register with our ladies at the reception, whether or not you have made an appoitment in advance. Then you will be welcomed by a very well trained colleague who will attend to your examination and treatment.

Dental Hygiene:
We do not expect that you directly come from your home and that you had the possibilty of brushing your teeth freshly before the treatment. You can do this on the spot, if you need dental toiletries for this or also for the usage at home, you can purchase these in our shop.

2. Questions and wishes

Please do not spare us with restraint. Inform us about all your questions, expectations, wishes and fears, only like this we can ensure that all the treatments are tailored for you and thus an optimal treatment outcome can be attained. We also offer the possibilty of a sedation of very anxious patients. At this the patients take a medicine that has a comforting and relaxing effect. The patients totally concious but they have a cosy feeling and are freed fro fears. Please inform the treating doctor, if you have wishes that point in this direction.

3. First examination and panoramic x-ray

You receive the detailed first examination and panoramic  x-ray, your treatment plan for free, if you want to have the treatment to be exercised by us and you agree on starting the treatment. Within the frame of the examination a panoramic x-ray is made which enables the treating doctor to make an exact inventory control and to pass through the necessary treatments with you or to notice conspicuous diseases with the aid of the x-ray image, e.g. can caries not always be diagnosed by a visual examination, since it the access of caries often lies between the teeth, although the tooth is already totally eroded in the inside by bacteria. Furthermore inflammations that lie in the bone can also only be diagnosed with the aid of radiographs. This is why it is indispensable for a complete, exact treatment planning to make a panoramic x-ray. During the first examination we inform you about the course of treatment and the treating doctor makes an exact price calculation. We also inform you about possible and not predictable complications and the costs that are connected with it. E.g. in case of a rotten tooth it appears that the caries is so far reaching and that a root treatment will be necessary not until the preparation has taken place; in this case the root treatment and the dental filling has its price. A further example: a tooth has to be extracted and during this extraction complications occur and the tooth can only be removed properly with the aid of a small surgical intervention. Of course this one has a higher price than the normal extraction. This calculation can be calculated by the treating doctor in HUF, EURO, ABP – with the aid of our computer system you immediately receive your detailed calculation in the desired language.

X-ray diagnostics

Today it is indispensable to work without outstanding diagnostic methods. One of these methods is the x-ray diagnostics. We have the most modern possibilities of the digital panoramic x-ray images, three-dimensional x-ray images, topographies and small oral radiographs as well as cephalic images available.

In our x-ray room that is specially shielded from radiation, the biggest radiographs are made.

But also all of our treatment rooms are equipped with oral x-ray devices in order to enable a fast treatment without further ado.

All radiographs are exercised with the most strict radiation protective prescriptions.

4. Discussion and clarification

Our treating doctor explains all necessary treatments to you and answers all your questions, if necessary he refers you to one of our specialists in the house. Moreover there is the possibility of having an oral hygiene session with one of our dental hygienists if necessary.

5. Treatment

Now your individually modulated treatment with the greatest accuracy and precision on the highest european status follows. You will be surprised, how pain and complication free your dental visit will be at our place.
