Reception
Our clinic is opened from Monday to Saturday, each time from 8:00a.m. to 9:00 p.m. At the reception our discreet receptionists welcome you and they will help you as fast and professionally as possible during your registration. You can contact our front desk ladies telephonically as well as interactively in order to make an appointment. The ladies speak German, English, Italian and a bit of Spanish.
Beyond that we offer to our foreign guests the service of patient co-ordinators who escort the whole treatment in the particular language of the patient, in order to give the patient a feeling of security of 100 percent.
